Stephen M. Marcus, Esq., of Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks, P.C., has been instrumental in the various changes to the Massachusetts Condominium Act, and he has contributed significantly to the amendment of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code protecting condominium common area fees as well as participating as an advisor relating to the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and its effect on condominium associations. He has served as the President of the New England Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, as a member of the Board of Directors, as Chairman of the Chapter and National Attorneys Committee, and as a member of the National Amicus Curiae Team.

Richard Kennedy, Esq., of Kennedy, Wronko, Kennedy, is a member of the American College of Mediators, is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney with over 35 years of litigation experience and is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. He also serves as a mediator drawing from 16 years as a construction and community association consultant who has actively participated in over a dozen successful mediations for multiparty complex construction cases.
